What the complaint is about The complaint is about the landlord’s handling of the resident’s concerns about electrical safety in the property.
Our decision (determination) After considering the evidence, we have found the complaint is outside of our jurisdiction. As a result, we have not investigated it. Summary of reasons We cannot consider complaints which, in our opinion, concern matters that are the subject of court proceedings or were the subject of court proceedings where judgement on the merits was given. The resident issued a disrepair claim at court on 24 October 2025.
