In this case, the complaint that was brought to us was about the landlord’s handling of various antisocial behaviour concerns. The landlord’s final response to this complaint was set out in its letter dated 20 August 2024. The landlord’s letter of 20 August 2024 was considered as part of an earlier investigation we completed under our reference 202331942.
